NICG (Nogova International Coast Guard) Pack released

Matt Rochelle released his NICG (Nogova International Coast Guard) on the BI Forums

Well i decided to create this pack because i saw that a lot of people were making things for nogova and i just guessed that the colour was green so i decided lets retexture something. and i thought lets not let this Coast Guard pack go to waste.

Needed: USCG-Pack [28 MB] from FTP#1
