MechaStalin's BRDM2 AT-3 V.2

MechaStalin has sent us an updated version of his BRDM-2 with AT3 launcher, this new version features a new AT-3 texture, a new desert camo model, a random number script and several conflicts with the OFF_BRDM2 have been fixed.
